Meet Dr. Wong

About

Dr. Jacqueline Wong, MD, the resident doctor of Summit Eye Consultants, has been an ophthalmologist specializing in the management of retinal diseases and surgery in the Puget Sound area since 2001. Prior to her arrival here, she served for five years as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Areas of clinical expertise during her tenure at this facility included eye trauma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and eye infections.

Since relocating to this area, she has had the privilege of practicing on both sides of the water, starting on the Kitsap peninsula until 2009, and continuing in King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties from 2009 to 2013. Her practice, Summit Eye Consultants, is currently located in the Kitsap Peninsula on Bainbridge Island.
